Whether you're just starting resistance training for the first time, rehabbing from an injury or have been lifting weights for years ARX always delivers the perfect amount of resistance.  There are no weights to set and the trainer cannot accidently overload you. It takes all the guesswork out of resistance training.

If you're lifting weights or using a machine that uses weights for the resistance,
 once you lift the weight you need to lower the weight even if you can't put it down safely. However, with ARX you can stop at anytime in the lifting or lowering of the weight and the machine stops. It's the safest way to resistance train.
