Exercise with Oxygen

THE POWER OF OXYGEN

Oxygen Training is the use of oxygen during exertion to optimize health and energy production regardless of health conditions or disease. EWOT is a way to get massive amounts of oxygen into the cells by breathing higher concentrations of oxygen during exercise. Every cell in our bodies requires oxygen to survive. As we age most of us have degrading circulatory systems. EWOT boost our bodies micro-circulation, and at the same time delivers high concentrations of oxygen. This process will also allow the cells to detoxify.

There are many benefits to EWOT. Overall, you will become a more energetic person. Your entire body will have more access to oxygen making you feel more alive and less sluggish. Organs and tissues will be able to heal themselves more easily because they will have the necessary building blocks needed. Our bodies take a lot of strain in the course of a lifetime, they are better able to heal themselves and are healthier, to begin with, then they will have a much longer lifespan.


The immune system will get a much-needed boost. By improving your immune system before you get sick, it means that when you are exposed to new germs, your body will be better able to defend itself. Less sick time means more productivity.


If blood cells don’t have enough oxygen, they take on fluid and become bloated, which then inflames blood vessels, muscles, and joints. Extra oxygen lessens this inflammation. If there is less pressure on the body, the internal organs don’t have to work as hard.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our sessions require moderate exercise for 15 minutes while breathing high concentrations of oxygen. Our Maxx O2 EWOT System uses an oxygen generator to fill a large medical grade bag that holds 900 liters of oxygen. A high-flow silicone mask is attached to that bag. The Maxx O2 mask does not allow any room air inside so every breath you take is 95% oxygen with no room air. . Only the oxygen in the bag is inhaled as a valve in the mask opens then, as you exhale, CO2 goes out through the CO2 port on the mask. The mask we use is the highest flow, non-restricted mask on the market.

During the session oxygen levels are increased four times the normal amount. The higher oxygen level in the lungs creates a higher head pressure to push oxygen into the pulmonary capillaries. The red blood cells and plasma pick up the extra oxygen, and provide it to our tissues. The exercise moves the micro-circulation faster, ensuring a greater oxygen carriage throughout the body.  At this point the waste gases and toxins are able to be removed more efficiently and cells begin to function normally.  

 

We also use what is called Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) which has been proven by practical experience and numerous scientific trials to be most efficient and practical simulated altitude training method for driving oxygen further into the cells.  The training simulation creates up to a 12,500ft environment that creates vasodilation that drives oxygen further into the cells.  

WHAT ARE BENEFITS OF EWOT?

The benefits are very similar to a Hyperbaric Chamber. Providing good circulation with a high oxygen concentration creates an environment where your body can start healing itself. A lot of diseases and autoimmune diseases thrive in an environment with poor circulation and low oxygen levels. 

 

Good circulation and high levels of oxygen can also give you an energy boost and increase athletic performance 

 

 

Anaerobic viruses, bacteria and fungi are unable to live in an oxygen enriched environment.  Oxygen helps neutralize the acids in our body, like lactic acid resulting from muscle overload.  Fat is burned more efficiently and ketosis is achieved easier as well as sleep improvement.  You just feel better, think better because of the increases of oxygenation.

It does what a Hyperbaric Chamber would do, only it is more powerful, takes much less time, is cheaper and easier to use than Hyperbaric treatments.

HISTORY OF EWOT?

 

Over the years and with the publication of scientific works by Dr. Manfred von Ardenne, M.D. (of the Manfred Von Ardenne Research Institute in Dresden, Germany), new exercise with EWOT therapy equipment became available. The foundation of all O2 protocols was developed by Manfred in the late 60s. With over 500 references published in Oxygen Multistep Therapy, Physiological and Technical Foundations, this book lays out the framework for what is now considered the Bible of O2 therapy. His research revealed astonishing results and proven mechanisms for restoring microcirculation (which makes up 76% of the circulatory system) and optimizing energy production (ATP). To date, nothing in complementary Medicine compares to the domino effect body wide for restoring human health and in fact, to potentially offer superhuman benefits.
